She has worked for one of the largest recruitment agencies in South Africa as a Training and Development Manager. They operated in sectors like BCEA, MIBCO and Basic Conditions.
She left to broaden her horizons and to moved into human resources where she worked as the HR Manager for a UK owned company in the manufacturing industry.
Kim has been involved in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures for HR and IR systems as well as productivity and management reports for the organization. She was instrumental in the implementation of a Time and Attendance System. As an active team player and leader, she believes in diligent, uncompromising and upright public and business relations, and core family values. She is passionate about training and transferring knowledge to people.
Derrick is a successful entrepreneur that has been successfully running an engineering company for over 23 years with experience in the mining, canning, pulp and juices as well as dairy and farming industry. He has extensive knowledge of citrus and grapes packaging and manufacturing of machinery.
Derrick has built a strong relationship with all clients and artisans alike. He believes and firmly lives by working together, staying together. Through his commitment, he can manage and operate his company successfully.
Brenda has been involved in the implementation of various major management contracts in two of the biggest recruitment agencies in South Africa.
With 20 years’ experience in the outsourcing and HR industry, has a broad knowledge of all the different sectors. She is service-driven to both internal and external clients and believes in the fair treatment of all employees alike. She is confident that her commitment outlines her passion.
